You're not playing small because you lack ambition. You're playing small because you haven't felt safe enough to be fully seen yet.

The Connected Collective

The Connected Collective is an 8-week virtual group program for ambitious, highly-sensitive women who are ready to stop shrinking — in their relationships, their work, and their lives. The best part?? We end it all with an in-person 1 day retreat in NYC.

You know exactly what you want. The business. The role. The income. The relationships that actually feel like home. You can see the version of yourself who has all of it — bold, grounded, fully herself.

And yet.

You underprice yourself and wonder why. You rehearse conversations before you have them. You get close to the big ask, the big launch, the big risk — and something pulls you back. You show up fully for everyone around you and quietly wonder why you can't seem to show up that fully for yourself.

This isn't a confidence problem. It's not a strategy problem. It's not even a mindset problem.

It's a safety problem. And safety isn't built in isolation — it's built in relationship.

You have the vision. So why does it keep staying just out of reach?

Specifically, over 8 weeks you will:

  • Understand the relational patterns that have kept you safe but small — and begin to shift them from the inside out

  • Build the nervous system capacity to stay present and regulated even when visibility feels risky

  • Develop a clearer, more grounded sense of who you are — separate from who you've learned to perform

  • Stop pre-apologizing for your ambition and start leading, pitching, charging, and building from a place of genuine confidence

  • Practice being fully seen in a space specifically designed to be safe enough to let that happen

  • Leave with the relational foundation to take up more space — in your career, your income, your creative work, and your life

What becomes possible inside

The Connected Collective

She arrives knowing she wants more — more visibility, more income, more impact, deeper relationships — but staying small because somewhere along the way she learned that being fully herself was too risky, too much, or too lonely.

She leaves knowing exactly who she is and unafraid to show it. She takes up space in the room. She asks for the thing. She builds the thing. She lets people in. Not because she finally fixed herself — but because she finally stopped hiding herself.

What The Connected Collective
actually is

The Connected Collective is not a course. It's not a lecture series. It's not a support group.

It's a relational container — a small, intentional group of women doing real attachment work together, held by a licensed clinical therapist with a specialty in trauma, IFS, and relational healing.

The Details:

  • 8 weeks of live virtual sessions, every Wednesday at 11:00am ET

  • 60-90 minutes per session

  • 9–12 women maximum — this is intentionally small

  • Sessions are never recorded, by design. What happens in this room stays in this room.

  • Private Facebook community with a weekly rhythm of connection between sessions

  • Weekly Integration Notes after each session — so even if life gets in the way one week, you stay woven into the thread

  • Weekly async voice memo from Lisa — a personal, intimate check-in between sessions

  • Monthly Open Circle bonus call — 30 minutes of unstructured community connection

  • Full-day in-person closing retreat in the New York City area — morning of deep work, shared lunch together, afternoon integration, and a closing ritual to mark everything you've built

The retreat is included in your program investment. Members are responsible for their own travel and accommodations. Location and date details are shared with confirmed members during onboarding.

I'm Lisa Randazzo Sinclair, LCSW

-a holistic psychotherapist specializing in trauma, attachment, and relational healing for emotionally sensitive, high-achieving women.

Here's what I've noticed after years in this work: the women who come to me aren't struggling because they lack talent, intelligence, or drive. They have all of that in extraordinary measure. What they're struggling with is being seen — really seen — without bracing for what that costs them.

And that fear of being seen? It doesn't stay in their relationships. It follows them into the conference room. Into the pricing conversation. Into the pitch. Into every moment that asks them to stand fully in who they are and say: this is what I'm worth.

Relational healing isn't a soft outcome. It's the foundation of everything else. When a woman learns to feel safe being known — truly known — she stops shrinking. She stops pre-apologizing for her ambition. She stops making herself easier to digest. She starts building the career, the income, the relationships, and the life she's been circling for years.

That's what The Connected Collective is built to do. Not just help you feel better in your relationships — but help you become someone who is no longer afraid of her own size.

My clinical approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic and trauma-informed practices. I believe that insight alone doesn't change us. Felt experience does.

FAQ’s

  • The retreat is a full day in-person gathering in the New York City area, held after the 8-week program closes. The day is structured in three arcs: a morning of facilitated integration and relational work, a shared catered lunch together in the space, and an afternoon of unstructured connection followed by a closing ritual. It's the embodied proof of everything the 8 weeks pointed toward — meeting in person the women you've done this work alongside, and marking the transition into what comes next. The retreat is fully included in your program investment. Members are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

  • Because the work we do here requires safety — and safety requires knowing that what you share stays in the room. The no-recording policy isn't a limitation. It's the foundation of the container. What you miss in a session is covered in your weekly Integration Note, and the Facebook group keeps the thread alive between weeks.

  • No, though many members are. This program complements individual therapy beautifully — it offers something therapy can't: relational practice in real time, with other women who understand your experience from the inside.

  • No. The Connected Collective is a group coaching program. While it is held by a licensed therapist and is clinically informed, it is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy. If you are in an acute crisis, I would encourage you to seek individual support first.

  • Life happens. If you miss a session, you'll receive the Integration Note for that week, a reflection prompt, and full access to the Facebook group thread. The Monthly Open Circle call also gives you a chance to reconnect with the group. Missing one session won't pull you out of the container.

  • This is especially for you. The Connected Collective is designed for women who have done the individual work and are ready for the next layer — the part where the inner shifts start showing up in your outer life. In your income. Your leadership. Your willingness to be visible and take up space. Insight lives in your head. This program helps it land in your body, your relationships, and your ambitions.

The space is almost ready. Is it for you?

If you've been building toward something bigger — and you keep running into the same invisible wall — this is what's on the other side of it.

The Connected Collective is for the woman who is done waiting to feel ready. Done shrinking her vision to fit what feels safe. Done going it alone.

Applications for the founding cohort open May 12, 2026. There are 9–12 spots. I review every application personally and will be in touch within 5 business days.
